Fitness Programs

Total Body Reset Using Circuit Training • Ages 18+

$45.00

This interval training class uses dumbbells, obstacle courses, and good old fashion body weight to create a full body workout. Beginners work at their level; intermediate and advanced students are pushed to their limit. The class ends with 15 minutes of a team cardio activity. This class is taught by Tamara Notter: ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Certified Yoga Instructor.

Yoga Strong! • Ages 18+

Strength and balance are the focus of this yoga practice. It is a flowing, powerful sequence of poses that focus on strengthening the powerhouse of the body: the core. There will be a few classes during the session that incorporate Tai Chi and yogic sleep called a Nidra. This class is taught by Tamara Notter: ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Certified Yoga Instructor.

Mid Day Fitness Classes • Ages 18+

This class is perfect for anyone interested in low body weight movements. We will focus on mobility and stretching to keep you moving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This class will also focus on increasing your heart rate through high intensity interval training along with a fun mix of resistance and weight training. Building lean muscle while burning body fat is the goal.

Commit Dance Fitness

Join us for a dynamic, fun-filled HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving.

Sand Volleyball Tournament (3 on 3 Play)

Interested in playing in our Sand Volleyball League but don’t have enough to field a team… well here’s your opportunity to get on the sand, with only half the players you need to compete in the League. This one-day tournament will follow a single-elimination format based upon a random, blind drawing to seed each team at the start of the day. Winning Team will be awarded Champions t-shirts. Sign up early as we have limited space and will only accept up to 8 teams maximum.

Pickleball Doubles Tournament

The fastest growing sport in America is Pickleball, and you should be playing too! This recreational tournament is designed for novice and beginning players to enjoy a day of spirited fun outdoors on the Pickleball Court. Grab your bestie and come on out to our courts and give it your best swing. This one-day tournament will follow a single-elimination format based upon a random, blind drawing to seed each team at the start of the day. Winning team will be awarded our Champions T-shirt. Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt

Com’on, you know the song… Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail… or in this case, the new Bike Trail in Berkeley Park. Bring the kids and meet the Easter Bunny under the Picnic Shelter. Use our crayons and draw him a picture and he will take a picture with you too. Then as a special treat, he will lead you into the grass and playground area to search for his hidden Easter Eggs. Pre-registration is required, and the deadline is Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

Spend the afternoon with Mom painting a special keepsake together. This project is suitable for moms to make with their children whether toddlers or adults themselves! Enjoy creating together! The project includes 3 mason jars to paint and a personalized box you will paint to hold them. Display as a decoration, or use for storing kitchen or other items. Starring Robin Williams as the beloved father of 2 children, he must go back to Neverland as Peter Pan to save his kids held in peril by his great rival, Captain Hook (Dustin Hoffman).
Be sure to get there early to reserve your spot and join in a couple of other surprises & other activities before sunset and our movie starts. Lawn Chairs and blankets are highly recommended as well as pre-registering the family to guarantee your fun.

JOIN THE BERKELEY CHARGERS 4U-6U – COED TEE BALL & COACH PITCH TEAMS!

Is your little one ready to learn the basics of baseball? Our 4U-6U co-ed tee ball and coach pitch teams are perfect for beginners! Let’s have fun, learn new skills, and build teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

  • Fun and engaging introduction to baseball
  • Focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Safe and supportive environment with experienced coaches
  • All equipment provided (just bring a glove and batting helmet!)

Who: Boys and girls ages 4-6 (Coed)
What: Tee Ball (4U) and Coach Pitch (5U-6U)

When: General registration March 31–April 26. Program runs May 10–June 14.

Cost: $250 per child, includes fundraiser $75 (per family)*, full uniform and league insurance.

***During the season, players will be given fundraising tickets to sell to friends and family. Since all families will have paid that fee at registration, they will be able to keep the money their sell from the tickets***

Music Together • Ages 0-5

Join us for the Tambourine Song Collection this Spring! Music Together’s research-based curriculum is designed for your child and fun for the whole family. You’ll learn twenty-five Music Together songs and activities you can recreate at home, including our first French-Canadian folk song, “V’là l’bon vent.” Your children will experience the contrast between galloping, slowing, sleeping, then jumping up with delight to gallop again in “See the Pony Galloping.”

Your tuition also includes song collection materials (songbook, CD, download) and access to your music through the award winning Hello Everybody App.

Non-resident cost is $230 per single child and $250 per family. Cost will be adjusted at checkout.
